Sibling Class

In true Mandy form, this post is out of order, but I don't have the energy to try to put it in the correct place.

In late November / early December Brooklyn attended two different sibiling classes - one at each local hospital.  We were trying to evaluate which hospital to deliver at, and it was the easiest way for us to see the rooms without having to attend the entire Childbirth class that we'd already been to.

Brooklyn loved the classes and it seems to have totally changed her outlook on being a sister.  She seems to understand now that it won't all be fun and games, but that she has a very special part to play in Easton's life.  She is now proud to be a "very soon big sister" and is eager to tell anyone that will listen that "now that Christmas is over, we're just waiting for Easton".  :)

The good news is that we've now decided where we plan to deliver. . and Brooklyn will be a big sister before we know it (although most mornings it doesn't seem like soon enough as my backpain has become terrible each morning).  As long as I make it until tomorrow (36 weeks. . . and I will definitely make it til tomorrow) . . we can deliver at our hospital of choice and our Big Sister should be ready to rock.
